Why Participate?

Your participation in the NAMDC Patient Registry is very important.  By registering to participate, mitochondrial disease patients will recieve a certified NAMDC diagnosis. 

By registering, you will also be notified about new clinical trials and recieve information on how you or your family member may participate.  

Registration in NAMDC does not force you to participate in a clinical trial ---- registration in NAMDC allows you to choose whether or not to participate.

Participation helps us gather important information on disease progression. Your participation can help others now and in the future.

Registration is simple - click on the link below 

•  Select the appropriate mitochondrial disease. 

•  At the bottom of the following page, click the button that says "Join." 

•  You will be directed to an authorization agreement which you should read. 
    If you click "I Agree," the registry form will appear. 
    You will enter your basic contact information and some information about your diagnosis.  

•   If you do not have a diagnosis, or do not  see your specific mitochondrial disease listed on the site, 
    you should select "Encephalomyopathy."
