       A $25 late fee will automatically be added to any registrations received after May 23, 2011.

Clinical Diabetes/Mito Registration - Note: These sessions are included in the full Family Registration.  However, if you and/or a physician (or allied health professional) are interested in attending Saturday ONLY for Clinical Diabetes/Mito sessions, use this link and it will take you to the Scientific Registration.  Select the Clinical Diabetes/ Mito and register .  Cost for Saturday Only is $175 (includes syllabus, breakfast, lunch and breaks).
