Call for Abstracts will open November 1, 2018 and will close on March 30, 2019. Once you sign up (or sign in) through the Fluid Review portal at https://umdf.fluidreview.com, click on the Create New Proposal button and select Abstract Poster Competition. Follow the instructions to submit. Please direct all abstract submission inquiries to firstname.lastname@example.org.
All submissions will be peer-reviewed by the Abstract Review Committee. The committee will review submissions and decide the form of presentation (oral vs. poster). All presenters will be notified by April 23, 2019. Oral presentations will be limited to 10 minutes, with an additional 5 minutes for questions and answers.
NEW this year – we will be adding Poster Lightning Rounds within this year’s program. More details to come.
All accepted abstracts will be presented in the course syllabus book that will be distributed to conference attendees, and potentially printed post-conference.
