On September 8, 2023, the United Mitochondrial Disease Foundation co-hosted a Patient-led Listening Session with the U.S. Food & Drug Administration for Pyruvate Dehydrogenase Complex Deficiency (PDCD) with fellow patient advocacy groups MitoAction, Hope for PDCD, and The Elizabeth Watt PDCD Research Fund.
