Non Physician Rate is limited to RNs, Allied Health Professionals,*Residents/Fellows/Students. (Letter from program director must be received in our office prior to registration to receive this fee.) Physician/Researcher, Non Physician, Genetic Counselor and Industry Rates cover four days of meetings, electronic course syllabus, daily continental breakfast, poster receptions, refreshment breaks, lunches, and Friday Night Banquet. Weekend Rate includes Fri/Sat Sessions and Meals, electronic syllabus, and Friday Night Banquet.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations will be subject to a service charge based on registration fee amounts – a small percentage must be deducted to cover processing charges to the foundation. A written notification of cancellation must be made to UMDF in order to process any refunds. No refunds will be issued after Friday, June 26, 2020.
